My name is Veronica and New Orleans is where Nawlins Praline Candy began. I was born and raised in a city that is rich in history, and architect and is known for its great food. Pralines have always been a homemade candy that my mother made while growing up. I can still remember the wonderful aroma of the cream, butter, and sugar simmering in our home as she made these family favorites. Little did I know, that I would master the recipe and began to make these Pralines for my own family and friends.

 

Over the years people have requested that I make pralines for them as well. I started out making pralines for the holidays and on special occasions and have now begun my business of making New Orleans famous Praline candy. What has begun as making for those close to me in my life has now developed into a business that I love doing every day.
